Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to be processed. We do our very best to complete each item as quickly as possible while making sure each item is produced with the utmost care and attention.

BY PHONE: You can call us any time during our business hours to place an order by phone. Our phone number is 416 938 8551

ONLINE: We encourage you to place orders on our web site. To place your order directly on our web site, you simply need to add the item(s) to your shopping cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button. You can view the shopping cart at the top of the page at any time to modify, add or delete items. When you have completed your shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button and you will be prompted to provide billing, shipping and payment details.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email with the details of your order. Upon shipment of your package, you will receive a second email with shipping information and a tracking number (if applicable).

AT THE STORE: You are always welcome to visit us at the store and place your order right there and then. We are located at 6A Tippett Road, North York.

We accept payment through VISA and MASTERCARD. In store, we also accept Debit/Interac.

We offer FREE ground shipping on Canadian orders over $200 before tax. Please see chart below for order details.

All Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping times are estimated and start from the date the order had been shipped out.

  • Change of address

We are not able to change a shipping address after an order has been processed. Additionally, we are unable to redirect a delivery once it has shipped out.

  • Refused Package/Wrong Address

In the event that an order is sent back to us due to the package being refused or undeliverable for any reason, you will be charged the shipping amount for it to come back to us. Once the package is in our possession, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed.

  • Shipping Delays

All orders being placed will be shipped out within 48 hours from the time the order has been processed. Some delays in shipping may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

  • Taxes and Duties

Taxes are determined at time of checkout depending on the destination of the package.

You will be charged according to your provincial tax rate shown at time of checkout. There are no additional taxes or duties charged to you upon delivery. The price shown at time of checkout is your final price.

Mala Boutique currently only ships to Canada and the U.S.A. If you would like to place an international order and live outside of the U.S.A, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us for further details.
